General conditions of purchase
The items selected from those present in the virtual catalog of this site can be purchased under the following conditions.
 
Acceptance of the order / Conclusion of the contract.

  3. The customer has 24 hours from placing the order online to notify MAXIM of its possible cancellation, by calling n. {telephone} or by sending a request through the Contact page of this site. In any case, MAXIM will verify the actual availability of the requested goods in stock and will communicate via e-mail or by telephone, at the number indicated by the Customer, whether the order can be accepted or not.
  4. If the order can be accepted, {reasonSociale} will send an email confirming the conclusion of the purchase procedure, containing information on the delivery times of the goods and the methods necessary to process the order.
  5. MAXIM will then deliver what is requested to the express courier in charge. The payment by the Customer will be made using the method chosen online at the time of purchase.
  6. MAXIM declines all responsibility for any damage to the product purchased by the customer due to the liability of third parties, unless the customer decides to purchase the Protector package.
  7. The customer's complaint following receipt of the product for any damage suffered may be taken into consideration only in the hypothesis in which the customer has accepted the shipment with reserve.
Delivery methods and costs
MAXIM will deliver the purchased products to the express courier as quickly as possible. The express courier will deliver the purchased goods within the following 48/72 hours (*), to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery costs are charged to the customer.
 
Applicable law
The sales contract between the customer and MAXIM is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
